The Neve America Dormitories accommodate approximately 1,000 students. Located near the western entrance to the Technion, they offer a view of the campus center. Each building features an internal courtyard, and the structures are arranged in rows with uniform elevation lines to minimize environmental impact and to preserve existing trees.
