In the heart of the campus, on the plaza adjoining the Senate Building, the Churchill Building, and the library building, there is a lawn with benches and tables and next to it an exposed concrete wall – the Wall of the Fallen.
The Technion Memorial Wall commemorates those from the Technion who have fallen since the War of Independence to the present day. The names are now engraved in metal letters, organized by time periods. Originally, sculptor Dani Karavan designed the wall with concrete and embossed concrete letters.
